Reporting  : Controlling Team Leader 

YOUR MISSION

The  job holder will support the Controlling team Airbus Constellations Satellites with regards to the financial performance of the compant by planning and challenging budget assumptions and actuals incurred.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

·       Time Booking support.

·       Program hierarchy creation and maintenance in the ACS system.

·       Purchase requests validation.

·       On a monthly basis, analyze, reconcile, and prepare the allocation to the ACS programs of the intercompany invoices (or accrual details) received from Airbus Defense & Space SAS (work packages ADS SAS) and from Airbus US Space & Defense (work packages AUS/LLC) ; and analyze the variances versus budgeted workload.

·       On a monthly basis, prepare the details and allocate to the programs, the intercompany invoices to send to Airbus US Space and Defense, and analyze the variances versus budgeted workload.

·       Coordination of the process of “quarterly workload budgeting” (bottom-up process, reviews, analysis, reporting).

·       Participation to the process of “Cost Center budgeting” and follow-up (preparation, review, analysis, reporting).

·       Participation to the closing process: subcontractor costs and hours allocations to programs, support on cost center allocation, time valorization and allocation to programs, headcount reporting in our ERP.

·       Participation to CAPEX controlling/governance (investment budgets preparation for approval)

·       Support development reporting tools.

·       Consolidation on reporting.

·       Minimize the deviation from company budgets (hours and costs).

·       analyze and give advice to the organization regarding the financials of his/her perimeter.

·       Supporting the execution & ensuring the data quality and communication. 

YOUR PROFILE/EXPERIENCE

• High proficiency in handling number databases and matrices in Excel
•  Controlling experience/background.
• Accounting basics understanding.
• MS Office. Very strong Excel skills needed. SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication & emotional intelligence skill
• Capacity to embrace change and be solution oriented 
•  Languages: French & English (professional)
