YOUR MISSION

The jobholder will support contractual negotiations with suppliers: assessing suppliers’ requests and counter proposing wordings to enable closing of the deals. 
Position involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts to ensure clarity and legal compliance. It also includes monitoring contractual obligations, tracking performance and addressing any issues that may arise during the term of the contract. Another important task in this area is the timely renewal or termination of contracts.
Jobholder serve as a central point of contact for all parties involved in the process and are ultimately responsible for ensuring timely execution, compliance with all regulations and secure storage of all contracts to be guaranteed throughout the company. You will have to demonstrate an ability to identify risks and work in a team to propose contractual risk mitigation solutions. 


YOUR DAY TO DAY

•    Provide procurement expertise to manage suppliers both pre-contract and post-contract
•    Work as a team member in a multifunctional team, especially with Supply Chain Managers to understand and be able to translate into contracts the commercial and operational stakes in protecting the business and company interests.
•    Provide proactive business and cost-effective advice to company’s Functions (procurement, programs, delivery operations, finance, business development, engineering) in the area of contracts drafting, negotiation, administration and claims management.
•    Support deliver savings through a robust risk and issue management process.
•    Implement and ensure best practice procurement processes are continually developed.
•    Support company business activities through education, advice, structuring, contract drafting and negotiation support.
•    Supports the creation and implementation of contractual standard documentation and compliant processes.
•     Ensures regular information and reporting to company legal function. 
•    Monitor contractual implementation of legal and regulatory changes and updates to the company, in cooperation with the company legal function to analyze their effects on Company business and advise contractual implications and solutions.
•    Management of commercial aspects in support to the Supply Chain Managers (reconciliations, exclusions, discrepancies) 
•    Contractual reconciliations in the frame of supplier’s operations & contractual clauses
•    Manage central agreements by maintaining a central register of contracts, pricing, details and documents.
•    Develop and maintain processes for contacts that are due for renewal and provide feedback on recommended action.
•    Maintain all systems information with current and updated supply terms.
•    Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.

Strong knowledge in Contract management
Legal background 
Knowledge in tools: Office suite, SAP, Jira, MS Project

10 years’ successful experience in Contract management for complex program management
